Shipping is $9.99 NZD on all orders within New Zealand.

All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners.
We currently ship within New Zealand and to select international destinations, please contact us if you are outside of New Zealand.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions).

For the majority of the time, your order will arrive within the stated timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
